Traditional Therapy
Traditional therapy is conducted in an office setting. This type of therapy includes assessment and diagnosis, psychotherapy, and treatment planning. Avanti Counseling serves clients who experience anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, self-injurious behaviors, sexual identity issues, relational issues, divorce, grief and trauma. Psychotherapy conducted draws from multiple approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Psychodynamic, Christian Counseling, Relational & Client-Centered Therapy, Interventions informed by Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Attachment therapy.
