Translated in Italian, "Avanti" is defined as forward, ahead, along, forth, and onward. This definition can be used to describe the growth experience sought out in counseling. The first step towards a healthier well-being is knowing you want a change, perhaps a move forward. Movement in a positive direction, alongside a skilled therapist to help you on your journey, requires courage. Perhaps you've been in the same chapter too long and you're ready to move ahead. Possibly you are confused and unsure about life decisions.
